BIRTH PREPARATION
Weekend Intensive Workshop
This weekend intensive, held over two consecutive 6 hour days, is a condensed version of our prenatal class series. This fast paced workshop is hands on and highly interactive and will help you to advocate for your family as you navigate your childbirth journey.
As this workshop focuses exclusively on birth preparation please note that breastfeeding information is not included. We highly recommend taking our prenatal breastfeeding workshop where we dedicate 2.5 hours to cover all the essentials to get you off to the best start. **COVID-19 Update**
Given the most recent recommendations from Alberta Health Services to limit non-essential group gatherings, we have transitioned all of our in-person workshops to live video conferencing. This will allow us to stay as close to our workshop style as possible and maintain our sense of community through virtual group discussions and activities. Any sessions booked now will automatically resume as in person sessions once social distancing recommendations have been lifted. We are hopeful that in the coming months we will once again be able to gather as a group!
As your workshop date approaches we will contact you directly with more information on how to access our live video conference if we are still unable to meet in person. Please ensure you have access to a computer for the designated dates and times for your workshop.
Please note that we will no longer be offering this workshop after June 2020. Instead we will be transitioning to a 1-day intensive with additional video content starting September 2020.
