Designed for experienced parents, this half day refresher covers only the essentials of labour and birth preparation. This workshop is different from a traditional prenatal class in that it will spend less time on basic anatomy and foundational concepts and instead focus on skills and techniques that will be most beneficial for those who have previously navigated childbirth.

To secure your space in a workshop a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration and the remaining balance is due four weeks prior to the workshop start date.

**COVID-19 Update**

Given the most recent recommendations from Alberta Health Services to limit non-essential group gatherings, we have transitioned all of our in-person workshops to live video conferencing. This will allow us to stay as close to our workshop style as possible and maintain our sense of community through virtual group discussions and activities. Any sessions booked now will automatically resume as in person sessions once social distancing recommendations have been lifted. We are hopeful that in the coming months we will once again be able to gather as a group!
