Service Description

A comprehensive birth preparation workshop covering late pregnancy preparation, coping through early and active labour, basic newborn care, postpartum recovery and also includes our full breastfeeding workshop. *The workshop fee includes registration for the birthing parent and their support person.

Cancellation Policy

A space in our workshop is only reserved once payment has been received which includes a non-refundable $100 deposit. If you wish to cancel, refunds will be issued up to 4 weeks prior to the start date of your workshop minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Refunds will not be accepted past this date due to the limited time to fill the space prior to the workshop. Please contact us immediately if you wish to withdraw your registration to allow others the opportunity to register. Requests for refunds due to medical reasons will be addressed on an individual basis. We reserve the right to cancel any workshop without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel any workshop that does not meet our minimum capacity required to run. We will always do our best to give you as much notice as possible for any cancellations and attempt to fit you into an alternative workshop or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to transition from any in-person session to a virtual platform should the need arise in response to COVID-19 or other public health restrictions.
