Our online courses acknowledge that in our fast paced society, the way we access information is continuously evolving. Our content is designed with the intention of combining the expertise of health care professionals with the convenience of online access to better serve our generation.

**COVID-19 Update**

Given the most recent recommendations from Alberta Health Services to limit non-essential group gatherings, we have transitioned all of our in-person workshops to live video conferencing. This will allow us to stay as close to our workshop style as possible and maintain our sense of community through virtual group discussions and activities. Any sessions booked now will automatically resume as in person sessions once social distancing recommendations have been lifted. We are hopeful that in the coming months we will once again be able to gather as a group!
