Designed to prepare parents for a VBAC, this one day workshop covers essential information and strategies to have an empowered birth experience. This workshop is different from a traditional prenatal class in that it will spend less time on basic anatomy and foundational concepts and instead focus on skills and techniques that will increase the likelihood of having a successful VBAC.

To secure your space in a workshop a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration and the remaining balance is due four weeks prior to the workshop start date.

**COVID-19 Update**

Given the most recent recommendations from Alberta Health Services to limit non-essential group gatherings, we have decided to put a hold on all our in-person workshops and transition to live video conferencing for the foreseeable future. This will allow us to stay as close to our workshop style as possible and maintain our sense of community through virtual group discussions and activities.  We are hopeful that in the coming months we will once again be able to gather as a group for our workshops!
