Our services are based on the philosophies of informed choice, empowerment and respectful care. We offer a unique perspective and style of birth preparation by expanding on the teaching and informed choice discussions we do in our prenatal clinic, and incorporating insight from our specialized education and professional experiences as midwives. Each of our workshops is specifically designed to focus on particular aspects of the parenting journey as we believe pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and the early years of parenting each deserve dedicated time to properly explore all of the nuances each stage encompasses.

Prenatal classes are typically taught by nurses, doulas or childbirth educators. We are the only primary maternity care providers offering comprehensive workshops in Calgary!
