BIRTH PREPARATION

7-Week Comprehensive Series

In our birth prep series, we start by building trust in the normal birth process, focus on strategies to minimize interventions, and move through how to remain empowered if interventions become necessary. Through relevant and hands-on activities we focus on how partners can best offer support throughout labour, birth, and the early breastfeeding journey. This 7-week series will allow you to approach childbirth feeling well prepared to make the informed decisions that are right for you and your family.

Through our interactive workshop, parents have the opportunity to interact directly with us and all other couples in the workshop. We keep each 2-hour session fast-paced and engaging with lots of time for questions, discussion, and practicing skills. Our intention is for our workshops and private online social groups to be a place to develop a community of like-minded individuals as you embark on your journey into parenthood.
