As Registered Midwives, we see firsthand the positive impact that a strong educational foundation has on the pregnancy, birth & parenting experience. BirthWorx combines midwifery expertise with a love of teaching to provide this foundation to all families.
Developed by Registered Midwives in Calgary, our birth preparation workshops and individualized private in-home sessions offer a fresh take on the traditional prenatal class format and are thoughtfully designed to meet the diverse needs of all families near and far.

Prenatal classes are typically taught by nurses, doulas or childbirth educators. We are the only primary maternity care providers offering comprehensive workshops in Calgary!
As midwives who currently deliver babies & mothers with young children ourselves, we offer a unique perspective & skillset for guiding your family on this journey.
As our clients, you will be able to directly benefit from our extensive experience & in-depth knowledge of the Calgary health care system.

We provide access to our safe & respectful community through our online support groups & network of like-minded local practitioners. Our intention is to align health education with the continuous evolution of our connected world.
By combining tangible hands-on guidance with our online resources we aim to modernize the education experience to become more relevant for today's generation of parents.
